Winemaking

After being harvested, the grapes are brought to the winery for maceration on the skins over 6 – 8 days at with temperature control at between 24° and 26° C. This extraction ensures beautiful colour and aromatic complexity.

Tasting Notes

A deep ruby red colour with shades of garnet. Fruity on the nose with hints of spice and underlying elements of green herbs. Soft and juicy on the palate with excellent length and balance.
