The Story

Four generations have taken part in the building of this winery and the same philosophy in the cellar and vineyards continues. Today, Lagar de Pintos has a modern winery, and continues to focus on efficient, rigorous vineyard management. The essence of Lagar de Pintos lies in the old vineyards who have an average of 35 years.

Winemaking

Made from 100% Albariño. There is temperature control maceration for 10-12 hours, followed by a long, soft destemming and pressing and racking after 24 hours. The spontaneous fermentation occurs in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with greenish hues. Remarkable and intense nose with aromas of fresh fruit character. Very fresh on the palate, balanced with good acidity and body. Vinous and harmonious palate with a long and soft finish.
