The Story

Zironda embodies the essence of Valpolicella, not only with wines of great quality, but also natural beauty and culture, the link between man and nature. A genuine and convivial land where a great culinary tradition has developed, accompanied by intense, full-bodied and structured wines.

Winemaking

The blend is made up of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella. It is made in the 'ripasso' method on the Amarone's residual grapes after the macerating for 15 days followed by a 10 months aging in barrel.
